Very friendly staff and excellent diner; very nice dining room

More choice for vegeterians

The charm and location was unbeatable. The staff was extraordinarily helpful and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Some older parts of the Chateau are in need of updating. The spiral staircase was tricky to navigate in dress stairs and the elevator wasn’t working when we went to dinner.

Nice location, good restaurant on side, electric car charging station;

The rooms could be better styled with some comfortable sitting. The bathroom had broken lights and was rather dark.

Excellent location and with a swimming pool

We had dinner on one evening of our stay and were very disappointed. There was a lack of direction with the staff and despite being in one of the world’s best wine regions were initially offered a very short wine list on a piece of A4 paper. It took some time to establish that there was a proper wine list with a much better selection. Eventually the white wine we ordered (4 of us dining) arrived after our starter course and was warm. It was put in an ice bucket to chill and not opened. We had ordered a bottle of red wine but cancelled it as by the time someone came to open the white wine we were already on our main course.
