The location was perfect for visiting the wine shops we wanted to see

The chambres location was great! L’Ecrit restaurant turned out to be our absolute favorite in Beaune. Everyone was friendly and helpful, at both the restaurant and room. We would stay here again and recommended to our friends.
Some shelving or alittle more counter space around the bathroom sink to store toiletries, makeup, toothpaste, etc. would be helpful. Other than that, everything was great!

Looks out onto a beautiful square, nice location, comfortable room. Very straightforward process to pick up room key.
Stairs up to room could be better lit.

Drapery very dusty spider webs on them. Smelled like dust when sleeping
Position of shower head moved while using
Mattress needs replacing it is sinking .
Water leaking from faucets created water around sink
