If you are looking for a comfortable room within 25 minutes' walking distance from the centre, and don't care about "character", you are unlikely to do better than this. The rooms are clean, modern, spacious and have all the creature comforts - good in-room coffee, robes, etc. the beds are very comfortable, the sheets are excellent and housekeeping is impeccable. If you want to stay in the heart of everything though, stay elsewhere. For us, the 25 minute walk after a rich French dinner was just what we needed! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
