Loved the vibe and the owner was very nice, Would 100% recommend!! The location was very near Lidl, ASDA and 2 mins walk from the promenade and bus stop to Lands End, station, Mousehole etc.

the room is nice but small, if you are over 80Kg you will not fit into the bathroom and the shower is off limits to you,
There are 50 stairs to climb and they are very steep, not good for the elderly or anyone who has a mobility problem.
the owners are a very friendly couple, but that is where the recommendation stops.
if you are not young, if you are overweight, if you have a mobility problem avoid this place
