Very good value for money and the location of the property is brilliant, for exploring Penzance, the harbour, it is close to the train station and within the area you have loads of shops and all of the quay front. I would definitely recommend this for a solo traveller and you have everything that you need to be able to cook and prepare your own meals, which was more than an added bonus.
