The hosts were very friendly and looked after us very well. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean.
The only criticism I could make was the size of the bath towels. They were bath towels and could do with an upsize to bath sheets.

Lovely hosts. Very good breakfasts, even prepared a to go sandwich for us on departure. Parking free, though on street. 15 minutes walking to many good restaurants, sights in Penzance. Had fan, storage space.
Breakfast served between 8-9am. Fine for us, but set window.

The hosts were helpful and welcoming which counted for a lot. Lots of local knowledge and happy to chat and generally take an interest. The breakfast coffee was very good.
The room even for a single felt very cramped. The breakfast was fine but with the exception of the coffee (see above) felt very old fashioned in its offering. A better range of fruit, breads. With herbal and fruit teas and bottled water included on the room trays, ideally coffee pods rather than instant.
