The room was great, the bathroom was lovely, great amenities, the TV was easy to use as i don't travel with a firestick! Plenty of room to put the dog bed where i wouldn't trip over it

Location is easy to access off the main road network, and is a great location if you are watching the rugby, as it is very close to the stadium! Although the hotel is a little way out of the centre of Aix, it is a very easy walk in to the centre.
Staff were all polite, and the internal facilities were clean and well kept. Large bar area and seating downstairs.
Our room was very spacious and I felt overall this was good value for money.
Gym was very small and would benefit from having a full set of dumbbells (only 2kg were available in there).
The sauna was out of use during our stay which was a shame.
The swimming pool was very dirty (both with items floating in it and with green algae on the floor). I do appreciate that we stayed very close to the end of the season that the pool is available for, but still think it should be kept clean, as the dirt completely put me off getting in!
There is also no elevator down to the car parking so all bags etc have to be carried down the stairs and tarmac right outside the entrance is quite broken up which was difficult to navigate with wheeled suitcases.

Nice location and the room was nice.
We could not use the safe in the room. The staff could not fix it. And there was no wifi in the room.
