Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, we were upgraded to a junior suite. Breakfast was very good.
Not much to complain. Perhaps the Garage is a bit too expensive.

Very beautiful hotel and very beautiful room and bathroom with nice l'Occitane products you can't beat that. Easy to fo in the city center at less than 10 minutes walk. The train station is less than 5 minutes walk. The breakfast was very nice, with homemade pastries and the lady was also very friendly.
The reception staff was not great / friendly. Be aware that they will ask your bank card in case you forgot to pay an extra ...that put me off to be honest
