They were very good about communicating both ahead of time and during my stay. The entire hotel was fresh airy and clean. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the location was perfect for downtown touring as well as visiting friends in the nearby neighborhood.
There was a cleaning cart directly outside my room which was a struggle to get around with luggage

we stayed for 3 nights at the Escaletto. The room was comfortable and clean. The room was cold when we arrived and it took quite a while for the heating to get it to a reasonable temperature. The facilities were good, although no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of hot and cold buffet foods. Staff were friendly and efficient. Once the pedestrianisation works on Sextus the environs will be nicer.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and always ready to help, which made everything feel easy and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, with high-quality products from local producers – truly a treat! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the city center. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was comfortable, clean and quiet and the staff friendly
Road and pavement is up outside the property currently. They told me just after I was no longer able to cancel my room although I understand this has been an issue since November. Made getting to and from the hotel unpleasant and I would have chosen somewhere different if I had known. TV not working in my room either
