Warwick House

Garrin and Alison are perfect hosts. The breakfast is the best I can remember from a B&B! They focus on using local Cornish ingredients as much as possible. The house is on a lovely and quiet road in Penzance overlooking the sea. Penzance itself is a pleasant town, but the big advantage for us was it served as an excellent base to explore St Michael's Mount and the Isles of Scilly by ferry. The guest house is very well located for both. There is also a walk or bike ride to Mousehole which we would recommend. You can rent a Beryl bike from very close to the accommodation to go along the coastal path to St Michael's Mount or Mousehole. We came by train, but I noticed there is plenty of parking available on the road for those driving. Room was large, clean and had a nice view. We both slept very well during our stay. A lot of effort has been put into the details of making your stay nice. Overall 10/10!

All excellent very comfy bed lovely breakfast great location for Scilly ferry very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again

Beautifully presented guest house in immaculate order in perfect location. Lovely host family who made me feel very much at home. Best breakfast ever and plenty of choice. I was in a single room which was at the rear of the house, small but had everything that was needed.
