Seascape

Seascape is a contactless guest house experience that is essentially seamless. No staff onsite, just a combination emailed to you that lets you in. The rooms are classic guest house size, slightly bigger than a cruise ship cabin, and comfortable, including a small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The real bonus, however, is the full kitchen, including a washer/dryer, at no extra cost, and a dining room if you find your room too small to hang out in. Parking is free but a little problematic, threading the needle of the very crowded street to find an empty space. But all Penzance streets are like this. The apartment is just a few steps from the promenade, from a grocery store and from takeaway food.

No lifts for suitcases if you are a few floors up.

Reasonably quiet, not too far from the town centre.

Parking was awkward; I suspect more difficult in the summer.

Shower was a problem... kept changing from boiling hot to ice cold

The location of the property is very nice but nothing much to do nearby. Property was clean and the room was of very nice size for two people.

The washroom sink drainage was not working as water was stranded for a while even with minimal water use. Tower rail was not working properly. The mattress is of very low quality due to which sleep was affected
