Our family trip to Marriott Hotel Downtown Abu Dhabi was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional.
A heartfelt thank you to the Kuzabara Restaurant team — especially Mary and Manager Saida — who made every dining experience truly special with their warmth and outstanding service. The reception team was equally impressive, particularly Nitin, who went above and beyond to help us with taxis and anything else we needed.
The highlight was the beautiful surprise cake with a lovely thank-you note from the Kuzabara team on our last day — such a thoughtful gesture that made our family trip even more memorable!
A fantastic stay with an amazing team. We can’t wait to come back!
The size of the bed was as described in the advertisement (though I wish it had been a little longer), and the placement of the night lamp could be improved.
