The hotel offers a very comfortable stay, with views that truly create a sense of relaxation, especially during the summer. If you are looking for a place to unwind and escape the busyness of work, you can definitely spend a peaceful time here. It is especially beautiful to walk on the sand early in the morning or at sunset.
All the staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Florence, the waitress, for her professional, elegant, and genuinely kind service, she really stood out. Also, the golf cart driver, Ajaib, was very kind and helpful.
Regarding the food, honestly, it does not reflect the overall ambiance of the place. I would recommend offering dishes prepared with a tropical style, along with fresh and refreshing beverages to better match the setting.
Unfortunately, there were dogs present at the reception area near the Mexican restaurant. Apologies, but this is not hygienic at all and should be reconsidered.

Their villas are absolutely amazing only concern was that they should have lighting outside so people can sit outside at night near the private pool but service the really bad compared considering its 5 star. There were issues with room facilities where i had to wait alot before someone got badk after constantly following up, then no clarity on our dinner meal we went to another restaurant after being told by reception and they have no clue about half board food there was really bad as well and i had to wait 25 minutes for the buggy and eventually walked to my car as it still didn’t arrive. I would come back only for the room but not at all for the service
