Friendly receptionist especially Ms.Anjela, she send a birthday cake for my daughter celebrating her 1st birthday!
Great breakfast, attentive staff, thanks to Surya and one staff member from Nepal, forgot her name. Housekeeping staff are also nice.
The room is big for a family of 5, they set up two more beds, very convenient for us.
Facilities are great.
I specifically did not like the fact that we needed to cross the road, though the underpass is good, just to reach the West bay area.
But that is how it is.

I received excellent assistance from the staff, from being escorted to my room to breakfast. Everything was perfectly arranged down to the last detail. I would like to thank the following people for making sure I felt at ease: Monica, Christian, Sid, Surya, Divini, Richard, Angellah, and the Syrian man from Valet parking.
