a great apartment in the heart of La Spezia. Clean, nice with everything you need to rest after the long way and get ready to explore the wonderful Italian Riviera. The hosts were most helpful in giving the tips where to go and what to see. Their restaurant recommendations were also the top!

The apartment had several locked doors that we had to go through which made it very safe. It was a short walk to the train station and there was a bakery literally across the atreet
The neighborhood was a little sketchy. There is a park across street that you had to walk through that after 7 had a lot older men kind of sitting around drinking. It was not bad, just not have seen that in Italy. Reminded me more of a USA city but of course without the drug addicts and homeless.

Great apartment, really beautiful, clean and comfy. The bed was really comfortable. At first we were worried about the noise coming from the piazza in front of the building, but the windows blocked out the noise surprisingly well so it was really quiet and we could sleep very well. The location is also great, just a few minutes walk from La Spezia Centrale train station, which is great if you want to visit the towns of Cinque Terre. I would definitely recommend staying here.
