The location is prime for getting on the train to visit cinque terre as the station is only a 5 minute walk away! The room & its amenities were spotlessly clean and so beautifully decorated. The whole experience was just a 10/10.
I would for sure recommend this place to anyone wanting a stunning & comfortable room for visiting la spezia, cinque terre or the surrounding areas!!! 10/10 guys!
The only real negative was that the neighbours above room No.4 were constantly banging, moving heavy furniture around and at one point drilling at about 10.30pm! Not anything the establishment can do but just to put it out there that you may need some earplugs! 😅

The hotel is small and cozy. The room was very big, with plenty of space for two adults. It was clean and well-equipped, with a small fridge, a kettle, tea bags, a coffee table, and two chairs. Although it was cold outside, the room was perfectly warm and comfortable.
The breakfast was great, offering a wide and varied selection, and the quality of the food was outstanding.
The location is excellent very close to the train station, where you can easily catch trains to the Cinque Terre, just a 5-minute walk from the harbor, and within easy reach of many bars and restaurants for dinner.
A special mention goes to the staff, who were extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help with any request.
Overall, the experience was very good.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless and tastefully furnished, and the staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our visit. The hotel has a really stylish boutique atmosphere that we absolutely loved. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection of fresh options. Its location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station, the historic center and the Harbor. If you are arriving by car, I recommend reserving parking in advance as they offer a private secure garage right next to the hotel, which made our arrival very smooth. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Spacious room in a well-maintained and secure building, conveniently located (very close to the train station). Facilities are new and working with a very good AC system. Clean and tidy. Michele, the host, and her wife are nice and friendly. They went the extra mile to satisfy our requests and solve small issues (eg providing a new softer pillow late in the night). It is possible to leave your luggage after check out using the dedicated luggage storage service and it is very easy to get in again to get them. Breakfast was also excellent available at the café just in front of the building and there is a supermarket a few minutes down the road. We'll stay there again the next time we are in Cinque Terre!
