Stay was good, except their room occupancy was for only 2 adults , they make me book another room for just 1 kid which is very bad.Their policies are strict kindly think before booking this hotel if you are traveling with kids and infant

Had a solid stay at the hotel! The location was a winner - literally a stone's throw away from all the tourist spots. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfy, and the room was spotless. Wouldn't hesitate to come back!

I was quite disappointed with my stay at Brussels Marriott Hotel Grand Place. While the location is convenient, the room view was extremely underwhelming — it directly faced a building under construction, which was not mentioned during booking and really affected the overall experience. Additionally, I experienced some communication issues with the staff, as not all were fluent in English. This led to a few misunderstandings that could have been avoided with clearer assistance. On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent — with a wide variety of food options that cater to different regions and tastes. It was definitely the highlight of the stay. Overall, I expected more from a Marriott-level property. A few key improvements, especially in guest communication and transparency about room views, would make a big difference.
