Clean room and bathroom with a comfortable bed. Great location if you are planning on staying close to the station. However, it can feel a little dangerous at night if you are travelling solo

This area has a dangerous vibe, with graffiti everywhere and generally feels unsafe. Not recommended for families or single travellers No issue with the hotel itself but do take read up of the location if you are a tourist!

Here’s a clear, balanced hotel stay review you can use (e.g. Google, Booking, TripAdvisor). I’ve kept the tone factual and honest: --- I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The location is very convenient, directly opposite a metro and train station, which made getting around easy. However, the surrounding environment felt uncomfortable. There were many wanderers and homeless people around the area, which made me feel unsafe, especially at night. The room itself was acceptable, with enough space, but the bathroom was quite dark. Coffee provided in the room was only instant coffee sticks, and water was not bottled, you have to get drinking water from a dispenser machine in the lobby. Housekeeping service was inconsistent. On the second day, the coffee was not refilled. When I called the reception to request it, I was asked to go down to collect it myself; they would not send it to the room. Another downside was a noticeable cannabis smell in the corridor. This was particularly unpleasant. The hotel was in heating mode, but they can activate air conditioning upon request. On the first night, the room was warm and the concierge activated the AC for me right away. However, on the second night, when I requested it again—mainly because of the cannabis smell and the need for better ventilation—another concierge said would try, but the AC was never turned on. Overall, the hotel is conveniently located and the room size is fine, but safety concerns around the area, ventilation issues, and inconsistent service significantly affected my stay.
