Struttura nuova, posizione apena fuori della mura . La città vecchia raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti. Oste molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ha fatto mettere le moto in uno spazio privato, via della strada. Apprezzate anche le info su dove mangiare e cosa andare a vedere a Lucca. Tutto ottimo

We had a warm welcome and the host showed us around, TV was good and A/C, shower/WC was nice and clean.Bed and linen was ok, but very sparse, no frills but clean and tidy, generally all the places we stayed in Italy seem to be the same.
Located outside the City about half a mile, it felt like the location was in a semi industrial area that backed onto the railway line. The hallway was musky and felt damp and needed ventilation. Apart from that it was ok.
