Was ok but bit basic. Well located in old town.
Would have benefitted from somewhere to make tea between 6pm and 8am. There was a coffee machine in breakfast room which was locked out of hours.

Nice quiet location close to the train station. The staff were very helpful, offering useful information about exploring the city and offering for me to include breakfast with my stay.
You have to get around the city walls to get there, which was a bit difficult with heavy luggage. Some forewarning would have been helpful. Having said that, this isn't a fault with the hotel - I had a good stay.

Not being charged twice and then not being refunded immediately for the mistake when contacted. Disappointingly disinterested in coming back to us with a response.
