Very nice hotel, clean, good area
Room service is a joke. You order online and never receive anything unless you call them. We’ve received an old and stale pizza with the meat on top close to rancid.

Affordable during the hectic and pricy festive period. Reliable shuttle service to mall and beach. Decent breakfast buffet.
Noisy. Didn’t meet the standards depicted in the photos. Dingy neighbourhood. No catering for dinner for hotel guests that were not part of the New Year’s Eve celebrations. Tiny gym. Lack of customer service in the bar area.

For a highly rated hotel this was not a great experience. Room wasn't very clean, all furniture looked used/scratched, rips in chair etc. View of construction, surrounded by buildings. neighbours were playing reggaeton until 3 in the morning and can hear the pipes all throughout the night.
