The hotel is lovely and the staff are exceptional. My husband and I stay in this hotel often when we travel through Basel on our way home. The restaurant is really good, with a nice selection of cocktails, as well as vegetarian/vegan options. Definitely worth it.

Loved it, appreciated all the little touches like wooden workout machines in the gym, or the library. Awesome location.
Really nothing to not like, only maybe the towels could be a bit softer, but its minor

Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great and full of options. Rooms are well insulated, and you don't hear any noise. Location is very central. Overall, we had a great staying.
Rooms were nice but needed a little bit of maintenance. The hotel has a great design, and it is well thought out. However, some items are dated and need maintenance.

On the final night my key card would
Not admit me to my room. There were no attendants late night and no one would answer the emergency contact phone per the instructions left at the desk. I was forced to sleep on the lobby sofa until staff arrived at 7:30 am. I was not offered any compensation and should have at least had the final day refunded for my inconvenience
