This hotel gives 5 star service. No doubt about it. Staff was amazing. Front desk, housekeeping, f&b all are so professional, helpfull. Big thank you to all. Although we came early they let us to check in. Rooms are very clean and new. Everyday we had fresh water and coffee to our room during our stay. Brakfast was also full of choices even prosecco we had. Tram station and supermarket just next to hotel big bonus.
You cant control air condition, no shoe shiners at room.

Very friendly staff, hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable, well located. I made a mistake with my booking and the hotel management sorted it out to ensure I would have a productive stay - much appreciated.

Perfect location right infront of the tram with free transportation vouchers from the reception which made getting to the city center very convenient. The rooms are comfortable and bed and pillows was great. Reception was helpful and helped us book dinner. Breakfast was just amazing and full of variety. Would definitely stay there again was wonderful.
Nothing was great! Only thing is that elevators were slow especially when its crowded

beds were not comfortable. Kids bed was missing a few slats. Cleanliness good. Room was not ready and bags were not taken to the room when we returned as the staff were 'too busy'. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel.
