About this house rental
Duncan’s Dunes is a single level, three bedroom, two bath home offering privacy, and only a 1/2 block from the beach. The home has been tastefully re-modeled with designer touches throughout the home. The home has an open spacious floor plan with dining in the kitchen and dining room / living room both. The propane fireplace located in the living room adds to the charm of staying in a beach house located so close to the Sea. The Master Bedroom has it’s own private bath with tub and views of the ocean. Both guest bedrooms have views. Small room off the hallway with bunk beds suitable for children.
Large patio is located in front of the home for comfortable sun bathing and the hot tub is protected with glass on three sides. While sitting in the hot tub you will have views of the Pacific Ocean, beach and sand dunes. The home is located on a private street with 4 homes including Duncan’s Dunes. Plenty of parking for vehicles. This Vacation Rental is a “Beach House by the Sea"

We loved the house, stunning views and we will be back! The house has everything that you could possibly need. Quiet setting and we loved to take walks on the beach each day. Gorgeous weather!

Everything about our stay was excellent! Kitchen is well appointed, bedrooms had very nice linens and mattresses, views are incredible. Our grandchildren were delighted to find toys, games and boogie boards for the beach and even bikes! We will book again

The hot tub was supposed to be the highlight for the kids and both days it wasn’t working.
