This extraordinary coastal retreat in Dillon Beach offers a truly immersive vacation experience, complete with a secluded beach just a 2-minute hike or a 2-second drop (not recommended) away!
The Sea Horse boasts four spacious bedrooms with California king-sized beds and four full baths. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite baths, and there are three additional areas that can serve as overflow bedrooms, providing a total of seven sleeping spaces. One unique feature is the beautiful movie theater/media room with a fireplace and a 14' projection wall, offering an IMAX-like experience. The living room and family room also provide additional sleeping options.
The bright and open floor plan features a great room with soaring beamed ceilings, 18' windows, a large living room, a fully stocked chef's kitchen with quarts counters and an island, and a dining room with a table for 12 plus counter seating for 4. The great room opens to a huge deck with breathtaking views of waves crashing onto the California coast. A second family room below has another deck with unobstructed ocean views and a brand-new hot tub just below. The family room can be curtained off to act as a fifth bedroom. All well-appointed bathrooms feature contemporary maple cabinets and stone tile, with two master suites offering spacious showers and a hall bathroom with a large tub.
For electric car owners, we've added a level 2 J1772 ev charger, allowing you to charge your vehicle fully. Bring your own cord and adapter for Teslas and other plug types. With numerous 5-star rave reviews across various platforms, we aim to make your stay the next exceptional experience.
Visit our 5StarVR site for details on personal chefs, caterers, massages, yoga instructors, and personal trainers. Our vacation rentals are fully stocked with essential cookware, dinnerware, and consumable supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath, dish, hand, and laundry soaps, as well as various trash bags. Luxurious linens are also provided. The hot tub is heated at no additional charge year-round. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
While Sea Horse is an amazing property for family and friends to gather, it is NOT a party house. Please note that outdoor amplified music is prohibited at vacation rentals in the County and campers are not allowed in the driveway. Surveillance cameras and decibel meters monitor parking areas and noise levels. County quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Groups found in violation of these rules may face eviction, substantial fines, and potential legal action.

Our stay was great. The theater and foosball game were great for the foggy days.The walk to the beach was a little too long for the younger kids so we had to drive them to the beach.
