About this house rental
This amazing contemporary ocean front property features high-end finishes and appliances with unique designer touches. The homes has been recently remodeled. It boasts sweeping views of the ocean, beach, and Tomales Bay. Additionally, the location is wonderful, being only a few minutes’ walk to the beach path on Kailua Way.
You enter a room filled with windows that frame the views of Dillon Beach and Tomales Head. The spacious and bright great room is an open concept and connects to a big deck positioned over the ocean. A big glass top table supported by a massive tree root base defines the expansive area. The designer - gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, two ovens, a gas burner with hood, and a massive island with a wraparound countertop and seating for six. On the main level, there are four bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. Two of the bedrooms feature built-in vanities with sinks, while the other two feature full bathrooms.
The main bathroom is located at the end of the corridor that connects the bedrooms. The bottom level features another fantastic room complete with a smaller kitchenette, poker table, and sitting area along with a sofa sleeper and a very large flat screen television. Another room has been designated as a children's bunk room, complete with four bunk beds and a full bath with shower. The residence features a hot tub located on the deck which overlooks the ocean.
We feel that this home one of the best Vacation Rentals in all of Dillon Beach.

**We do not allow boats, campers, RV'S, trailers to park in the driveway at this vacation rental

Weddings, receptions, etc. We limit the number of guests at any given time to stay at this vacation rental to 12 people. This vacation rental is located within a HOA with security personnel on patrol 24/7 we have to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the HOA.

This is a beautiful, spacious house, with an amazing view.We had a lovely time here, from admiring the panoramic view to walking the trails and stopping at the general store for coffee and soft-serve. Everything was just perfect

Fantastic return trip for our 4 families. Will be coming back. Views are hard to beat and the sound of the waves can't be any more calming.

Amazing stay at Dillion Beach for my son’s wedding at The Haven at Tomales. I rented 3 houses all together for out of town family. The place was perfect, clean, and well stocked. Was a perfect stay.

The downstairs had a lingering musty odor. The neighborhood, as a whole, lacks a welcoming or friendly atmosphere.
