Property is large, beds are comfortable, views are amazing and the house has been (in segments it seems!) through gorgeous renovations. Game room, hot tub etc all amazing! Large shared areas (kitchen, couches) amazing for a large group
Host was extremely rude (you can look on airbnb, find the listing, and see how the host replies to any negative reviews) and communication was very poor- with no information available before check in about how to get in (had to call), parking (had to text with host- listing says “free parking on site” but upon arriving there is strictly no street parking, and access to the beach was quite difficult (though an active young group in hiking shoes was fine! But for any other group type there is a nearby, easier to access beach!) but I generally found the communication to be quite unclear in advance and quite rude at check in
