The home was great for our stay and we loved the calm of Morro Bay. The home provided plenty of space for two adult couples to have time apart as well as time together. My only issue was the heating which was only a gas fireplace for the entire house. That’s not much on a 50 degree morning. Pack some warm morning clothes so your prepared.

This was the second time I have rented this property. My 95 year old aunt and 6 daughters/nieces stayed for 3 nights. All slept well and comfortably. Quiet neighborhood, kitchen well stocked. Bathrooms clean and well stocked with soaps/shampoos/lotions.
We did have a problem getting in through the front door, but SeaLyon was easy to get ahold of and came next morning to fix the door.Straightforward and easy directions to checkout. The only thing that was a disappointment was that we were unable to use the front TV. We could not figure out how to get to my Amazon acct to watch a movie. It was complicated. Other than that, I love this property. I will rent again.

Loved the sunroom off the master bedroom. It offered a partial ocean view and wonderful breeze, as well as a second place for family to gather.. There was also a well equiped kitchen with a partial ocean view.
The walk to and from the ocean made for good daily exercise.
