• Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Saturday to Saturday.
However, closer to arrival (4-6 weeks) this policy may be relaxed so please enter your preferred dates to see if they are accepted or contact us directly with questions.
• Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Years may not be accepted, unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.
• These policies may be relaxed closer to arrival. Please contact us with questions.

• Third Bedroom: Twin trundle (Please note you must walk through this room to enter the patio room).

There are also many cultural programs offered through Cal Poly and the local artist groups in the area. And if you are a connoisseur of wine, you don’t want to miss wine tasting in the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo wine regions. Be sure to check the local publications so you can participate in a few of the many festivals and special events that happen in the area. Once you vacation here, you will want to come back!
Beach-N-Bay Getaways welcomes service animals recognized by the ADA (American Disabilities Act). In advance of a visit to any of our properties with a service animal, Management must be notified and once screened written approval will be issued. Unapproved animals on any of our properties are a violation of our contract and grounds for eviction.

Clean house, great location. 3 minute walk to the sand. Looks like the interior was remodeled recently. Nice front patio. Large add-on conversion room in the rear of the house. Comfortable bedrooms. Trundle bed in one of the rooms, which was also comfortable. Well-stocked kitchen with newer appliances. Nice washer & dryer. No garage access, but room for 2 cars in the driveway. We would stay there again.

We had a hard time with internet but didn’t really need tv as we had a wedding and were gone most of the time.

Had a wonderful time with teen granddaughters on fall break. Really close to an empty beach, easy walk. Short drive to Morro Bay. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds and sheets really comfortable. Heat was helpful in the mornings. Couldn't ask for more.
