About this apartment rental

Restored in June 2019, bright basement, with all the comforts and appliances. 15 minutes from Piazza S. Marco and a few steps from the beach. The windows overlook a garden, away from the noise and the typical crowd of Venice. Convenient to visit Venice and the islands of the lagoon, being just a few meters from the vaporetto terminal. ideal for a family or two couples, possibility to add 2 beds on the sofa bed

Quaint property with amazing location to water bus and Main Street in Lido. Quiet and comfortable. Very clean. Surpurb communication at check in. Would recommend for a family with children.

Hosts were very attentive easy communication. The apartment was clean and in a great location to beach/ferry/ restaurant/shopping. Highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay in this unit. It felt fresh and newly renovated, had all the appliances we needed and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were also fantastic with great communication, clear instructions and immediate responses to any needs we had during our stay. The location is perfect for catching the ferry to Venice, Burano, Murano, wherever you want to visit. Coming back after a day of sight-seeing to this peaceful neighborhood was the perfect way to end the day. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to visit Venice.
