It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. very comfortable stairs to climb to the top. Security door. Safe-deposit box. The apartment is in a very quiet area, close to the most famous monuments of Venice and a short walk from the Arsenale and the Giardini, headquarters of the famous Biennale di Venezia. Very easy to reach, it is located a few minutes from the "Arsenal" or "Garden" dock where the main vaporetto lines for the city, the nearby islands and "alilaguna" that connects the airport. In just 15 minutes by boat you can enjoy a day at the beach at Venice Lido, home, in September of the famous Venice Film Festival. The apartment is located in a typical courtyard (Court Delfina) in the Castello district, very quiet but strategic position and 'very close to the ancient Arsenale and the Biennale exhibition area and a few steps from the lively and typically "Venetian" Via Garibaldi with its characteristic taverns, shops, stalls and supermarkets, pharmacies, bank and post office. From here you can admire in all its beauty the splendid St. Mark's Basin and the Island of San Giorgio. We highly recommend this apartment. It was sparkling clean, new and well appointed. We were met at the water taxi by Valencia who walked us directly to the apartment. It was close to the seaside walkway that took us right to San Marco Square. The apartment was close to restaurants, banks and bakery. What a wonderful stay we had in Venice. We will always treasure the memories of this beautiful city and the wonderful apartment we had during our stay.
