Ideal Location to explore venice on foot, but Vaparetto/ traghetto station only 2 min away. Very cosy, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. We very much cherished the large number of hangers to hang your clothes.
Only drawback: there is occasionally an extremely disagreeable smell in the attic room which seems to come from door behind the bed. Opening the window does not help, but seems to intensify the smell. So if 6 persons need a bed, there can be a problem.

We very much enjoyed our 4 nt. stay in this clean & comfortable apartment in Venice. It’s an easy walk from the S. Samuele vaporetto stop. The apartment owner helped describe how best to get there from the airport and the manager met us at the vaporetto stop to grant us access. It’s centrally located to all the best sites and is a nice quiet haven (without a view) when you’re ready to take a break from the crowds. The beds were comfortable, kitchen a little small but functional (the food is so good in Venice it was more enjoyable to eat out anyway). We would recommend this place!

We went on a 3 generation trip with my dad and my teenage son and needed a place to stay with 3 separate sleeping arrangements. This house was just right for this. We especially loved the location: in a small and quiet side street, yet with easy access to 2 Vaporetto stations (one also also being a Alilaguna station for easy access to the airport) and the Academia bridge to cross the Grand Canal. Despite being in a set back location, there were plenty of restaurants near by. We especially enjoyed sitting on the big St Stefano square around the corner with its multiple restaurants, bars, cafes and gelateria. The main sites are also in easy walking access so we could head out to St Marco square first thing in the morning before it got to busy (same for Rialto bridge).
The apartment was very clean, with air condition and wifi. Kitchen was equipped with gas cooker, microwave, water kettle, toaster and Nespresso style coffee machine, pots, plates etc. everything needed if you want to prepare your own meals. There is also a washing machine, which we did not use. We enjoyed our stay and if we were to go again, we probably would return there.
