About this apartment rental
The apartment suitable up to 5-6 people is located just in front of the beach with a wanderfull view of the sea.
It consists of three double bedrooms: a bigger one with a double bed, another one with two single beda, the third one with a double bed (French size). Moreover there is a living room with wide windows and a long balcony with a wonderful sea view, an independent dining room as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has both tub and shower.
The Lido is the ideal location for the visit of Venise. Take the vaporetto and you will be in the heart of Venise, St. Mark's square just in ten menutes, as well as the Biennale, the Arsenale etc. In the same time you have the opportunity to relax in the sun and to enjoy the beach. The Palazzo del Cinema holding the Mostra del Cinema (the international Venice Film Festival) , Excelsior Hotel and Venice Congress Center are located at walking distance. The ancient Venice 18 holes Golf Course (one of the ten best courses in Italy) is only ten minutes away

The communication with Daniela was fantastic and she was really quick to respond to any queries. The property was as described - large, airy, spotless and a perfect location for exploring. The beach is opposite and is a fabulous sandy beach with swimming. The shops and restaurants are within walking distance and the buses and Vaporetto were easy and regular to use. Lido feels like a place of calm and tranquility after exploring the busyness of Venice all day.
Daniela had kindly left essentials - tea, coffee, washing powder etc which was really appreciated. We had a wonderful holiday and found it difficult to leave this morning. Thank you

The apartment is located on a second floor Condominium complex literally across the street from the beach. The beach in front of the condo is private, however, easily accessible down the block. Its located in Lido ,Venice, which mean you need to take water taxi (boat) to Lido. Daniela was a great host. She kept in communication with me all throughout and was very accommodating. Apartment was clean, well maintained, and large enough for at least 6. I definitely recommend it...

The property we stayed at met our expectations based on location, access to public transport, the accommodations, but primarily the great hospitality offered by our host, Daniela. She went out of her way to deal with any issue, offered some great assistance and was just a wonderful person.
