About this cottage rental
Large open-plan living area overlooking the countryside, with a full-height ceiling extending to the roof, comprising a living room, lounge, and kitchen. One bedroom on the ground floor (one double bed), one bedroom upstairs (two single beds), and a mezzanine lounge/office area with a pull-out bed (two single beds). Shower room, two toilets, electric heating, and a wood-burning stove. You will appreciate the 25 m² terrace and the 100 m² private lawned garden. The owner, a farmer in a neighboring village, grazes part of his dairy herd in the meadows surrounding the cottage – a truly delightful experience! He is happy to arrange a visit to his farm. This former barn is located at the edge of a hamlet, with private land and access, and magnificent views of the surrounding countryside (east-facing facade with large bay windows). Firewood is provided free of charge for the stove and barbecue.
The price includes: - Utilities (gas, water, and electricity)
- Firewood for the wood-burning stove and barbecue
The price does not include: - Heating from All Saints' Day to Easter, billed according to meter readings
- Bed linens and household linens
- Cleaning fee
- Tourist tax
