A former 19th-century barn adjoining the owners' house in a quiet village in the Loire gorges.
Nearby: aquatic center 600 m away, Lavoute-Polignac castle 2 km away, educational farm in Beaulieu (2.5 km), Le Puy-en-Velay 15 km away (historic city, cathedral, cloister, hospital, Notre Dame de France statue, St. Michael's dike and chapel, all shops and services), Vorey 7 km away (water park, shops and services), Rosières 7 km away (Corboeuf ravines, Blanlhac mills). First floor: living room/kitchen (TV, DVD player), 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed), 1 bedroom (with a single bed), shower room/WC.
Covered summer kitchen, large shared unfenced meadow (1300 m²), bicycle garage.
Outdoor games, ping-pong table and foosball table.
Baby equipment available upon request: high chair, travel cot, baby bath, bottle warmer, playpen.
Bed linen is included in the price.
Oil-fired central heating is charged separately based on consumption (metered).
Electricity consumption exceeding 8 kWh/day is charged separately.

From Puy-en-Velay, take the D103 which runs along the Loire. At Lavoûte/Loire, cross the village, direction Vorey. At the exit, turn left towards Veyrac. On the square, go around the stone bench next to the lime tree. The gîte is at the end of the street on the right.
