Excellent location with access in 5 mins to 2 separate underground systems . Perfect for getting around. Property had everything you need including done nice welcome gifts to help settle in. Easy access and well informed throughout

It s good place to visiting the London. I think thats a silent places. Evry kind of transport are very nearly to location.
Not far away is a lot of shops, restaurant and whatever we need to life:)

The apartment was huge. Ricky has some issue with the original booking but he offered us an alternative apartment. The alternative apartment was just as big as the one we reserved. 2 bedroom with living room. He provided some drinks which we really appreciate. Metro and bus stop is just 5-10 minutes away very convenient.
The apartment is a bit chilly fortunately there is a portable heater to use. We put it in the kids room and it works perfectly. And there is also enough blanket around so it’s not really an issue. In the beginning the communication is a bit slow, but after we arrived Ricky always reply swiftly.

Hosts left fruit to eat and washing powder for us to use.
They also left tea and instant coffee and other random things left over from previous visitors, this was appreciated although I would have expected unused items to be provided due to hygiene issues.
Picking up the key was easy. Key was left in a nearby shop which was open 24 hours.
LOCATION:
- Be aware that the address that displays in your initial booking.com is not necessarily the address you will be staying. We booked thinking we would be in the Knaresborough Place address (as that was the address that was shown on the confirmation) - we booked this as we wanted to be close to Earls Court Station. Instead we were placed in a rather unclean/odorous apartment around 15 minute walk from South Kensington or Gloucester road station. To get to the tube we either had to walk the 15 minutes or take a bus to get to the tube.
We needed to be close to the tube as we have a child with a disability who can not walk for long distances.
When we noticed the new address (sent by booking.com message - a few days before the booking) we contacted the hosts straight away and explained the circumstance. They were not very helpful. Just explaining that they organise stays in postcodes W8, SW5, SW7 and SW10. That we had been given one of their “best” apartments.
BEDDING:
- Yes, there is ample bedding for guests. The bed and mattress upstairs were comfortable. The double bed in the second bedroom was supported by two hard case suitcases underneath the sagging mattress. In the end the futon and sofa in the lounge room were used as that bed was very uncomfortable.
SMELL:
- There is a strange smell that was in the top bathroom - there is room deodoriser provided which was helpful.
- On our last day we could smell sewerage in the bottom half of the apartment. We decided not to say anything on the day as we were leaving very early the following morning so we just put up with it.
This accommodation was considerably cheaper than other options in the area. It is just a reminder that in most cases you get what you pay for.
