Very friendly host, she left us some nice cookies and snacks and enough coffee. Beds looked beautiful, nice shower and spacious apartment
We were travelling with a buggy and had to carry it down the stairs to the apartment. This wasn the only downside and the host made excuses for this inconvenience

Pauline was a great host. Communication was great with her she replied all of our questions in minutes. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. We really felt like home. She also let us to leave our luggages after check out that was very kind. Would definetely stay here again.

This was my 3rd stay in the apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if needed to be this side of London. Great location, great facilities, comfy bed, warm shower etc. 100% would recommend. The wine, milk and snacks are a lovely additional touch.

Fantastic flat for 4 adults (with an available sleeper sofa).
Location - less than :02 minute walk to tube (Barons Court) and a couple excellent local bakeries/cafes. One tube stop or :10 min walk to Hammersmith area with plentiful shopping and pubs.
I can’t say enough about Pauline - just a wonderful host. Responsive and accommodating - everything you want from a host. Special touches like a bottle of wine, snacks, and even a fresh container of milk for tea.
Kitchen had great offering of utensils, pots, pans, bowls, etc.. We cooked several nice meals.
Washer/dryer combo was appreciated.
Both showers had great water pressure and hot water. Beds were very comfortable. A very comfy/homey feel.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
Nothing negative, just pointing out the “living room” area is small but didn’t impact these 4 adults and the flat is on a very busy road and next to tube but there was no issue with noise. Again, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
