Great location. Quiet. Convenient. Warm and pleasant (visited in September - October). Spacious. Well stocked. Clean.
Small bed. For older guests, stairs could be a problem. There should be a handrail in the bath.

De locatie is prima. 8 minuten lopen naar metrostation Shepherd's Bush. Veel restaurants in de buurt, winkelcentrum Westfield naast metro/busstation. Keuken van appartement was voorzien van alle gemakken. Oven, magnetron, pannen, servies etcetera. Gelukkig lag er ook een adapter, aangezien UK andere stopcontacten hebben. Eigenaar is vriendelijk en reageert heel snel.
Appartement (Flat 8) ligt op 2de verdieping. Geen lift. Voordeur ging lastig open, en gang ruikt muf. Dus eerste indruk was matig. Ik had hoge verwachtingen, omdat het een beoordeling had van 8.8, maar was teleurstellend. Het slechtst was de slaapbank! Die is gewoon goed voor grofvuil. En totaal niet geschikt om op te zitten, laat staan om op te slapen. De poten lagen op de eetafel. Schoonmaak mag wel iets beter, veel stof overal. Er rijden treinen aan de achterzijde en als ramen openstaan dan hoor je ze goed. Ik zelf vond dit niet echt hinderlijk.
