About this apartment rental
A modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat with balcony. The apartment has wood flooring and large windows facing South West overlooking a park. The bedrooms each have a double bed, one with an en suite shower room and there is a family bathroom.
The kitchen is newly-fitted with appliances including washing and drying machines and double doors lead to a balcony. The 3rd bedroom can be combined with the kitchen / living room if preferred to provide a larger reception area.
Westfield shopping mall is only 5 minutes walk and there are 5 tube stations within 10 minutes walk, making it easy to get into central London quickly.

Apartment was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults and a 13 year old(split bed to 2 twins). Washer and dryer was a good added item. Balcony outside refreshing too. Walking distance to Westfield Mall and access to excellent restaurants was great. And Embassy Cafe on nearby corner, amazing breakfast avail. Thanks Ian! Cheers!

We found this place to be dirty with glasses left in the fridgerator, used toothbrushes and other personal effects left in the bathrooms, and we even found a large Chef's knife under one of the kids beds.
Overall an okay property but listing is much nicer than the actual place. Location on homeaway is marked a few blocks east which is significantly different neighborhood than this one. The living room is converted into a third bedroom meaning if you need all three bedrooms there's virtually no living room area. To the owner's credit he does call this detail out in the posting.
TLDR: Would not stay again, especially for the price we paid per night.
