About this house rental
Our house is tucked away in the small, listed village of Traou Meur. You can hardly see it from the street because it is hidden behind a small house in front of it. You can reach it by climbing a beautiful natural stone staircase up the mountain, past our neighbour's little holiday home. Once at the top, you will be greeted by a small, green terrace from which you already have a beautiful overview of the village and the chapel. You enter the house and are right in the very large kitchen. from there it goes past the first bathroom into the living room. In addition to a fully equipped modern kitchenette, a large open fireplace awaits you in the kitchen. There is also a fireplace in the living room. A comfortable wooden staircase leads you from the living room to the upper floor. Here you will find the two bedrooms in addition to a shower room. Through the small bedroom you come to the rear exit via a gallery with a view of the kitchen. Behind it is a small terrace, which, however, cannot be used at the moment.
IMPORTANT: our house is completely unsuitable for people with walking difficulties or similar physical limitations. The stairs to the house are challenging. The lighting is limited in the winter months.

Alles war so, wie es für entspannte Urlaubstage sein muss: unkomplizierte Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe, ein charmantes, liebevoll ausgestattetes Haus mit Allem, was Frau/Mann und Hobbykoch brauchen.
Dank der freundlichen Virginie ist es sehr sauber, WIFI funktioniert einwandfrei und in den Betten schläft man ganz prima.
Morgens geweckt durch das Gezwitscher der Singdrossel hat man gleich gute Laune und kann zu interessanten Touren in die Umgebung starten. Die Küstenlandschaft zwischen Perros-Guirec und Paimpol ist für mich eine der schönsten Gegenden der Bretagne und es lohnt sich immer, kleine Städtchen, Märkte, uralte Kirchen zu erkunden.
Das abendliche dernier verre auf der Hausterrasse ist obligatorisch und durch keine Licht-oder Luftverschmutzung getrübt.
Den einzigen (nur von mir bemerkten) Mangel werde ich beheben, wenn ich sicher wieder komme: ich bringe Austerngabeln mit!

Une maison ancienne charmante, très bonne literie, belle ambiance, l'impression d'être seuls dans ce très joli quartier de maisons imbriquées.
Le gîte est très bien équipé, l'accueil de Virginie et sa disponibilité sont un plus.
La région est magnifique.
