"Ty Coz": 17th century house, adjoining that of the owner, but completely independent without overlooks, entirely renovated within an isolated and calm farmhouse, surrounded by pastures and overlooking the Douron valley (river separating Finistère-Nord in Côtes-d'Armor).
Ideally located, our gîte welcomes you in the calm of the Douron valley, between land and sea, in Trégor Finistérien. You can enjoy its tranquility at the gates of the Monts d'Arree and the Parish Enclosures while benefiting from the proximity of the Breton coast 20 minutes away.
Lovers of my region, I will be happy if you express the need, to advise you and make you discover the riches of the surrounding heritage.
Terraced house not overlooked: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), cot and equipment, (sheets provided on request), living room-kitchen, 1 shower room, 1 separate WC, washing machine , dishwasher, combined freezer, multifunction microwave, TV, DVD, wood stove, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, garden and private parking.
Clean and docile dogs accepted. (Att, access to upper floors prohibited and garden not closed)

Lage ist abseits vom Ort, ganz ruhig. Grosser Garten mit Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirm usw. Innenausstattung ist sehr besonders. Wer auf Historie steht ist hier richtig. Ein Haus mit Geschichte! Sehr freundliche Vermieter die nebenan wohnen aber sehr diskret sind. Gerne geben sie gute Tips für Ausflüge. Betten sind sehr bequem. Ich empfehle das Haus für max. 4 Pers. da nur 1 Bad mit 1 Toilette. Die franz. Doppelbetten sind nur 1,40 m breit, zur Alleinnutzung bestens, für 2 Pers. finde ich sie zu schmal.
Wir haben unserem Aufenthalt dort rundum genossen und würden jederzeit wieder dort schöne Tage verbringen.

Un beau gîte, très bien équipé et confortable, au calme à la campagne. Bien situé pour rayonner dans la région de la baie de Morlaix. L'accueil du propriétaire est parfait! Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine. A recommander sans hésitation!
