Awesome accomodation and building. Wonderful authentic furniture. Rooftop terrace. Comftable beds. Amazing view from bathroom and bedroom with two separate besa. Uncomplicated to get access to the room.
We wanted to enlarge our stay but unfortunately it was fully booked.
The Windows from master bedroom should be fixed a bit so that they close better and its quiter (they got already new glas).
Maybe an additional security bolt on the door (you can lock it but the appartment door didnt make a very safe impression).

Excellent residence to stay. Great location in the center of town.
They offered instructions on how to find the location, but some of the details were difficult, like parking and checking in. They suggested not bringing the car to the residence, which makes sense because it is in the ZTL, but should have suggested emptying the car nearby before parking. The “journey” from the car park to the hotel was long with portions downhill and up steep stairs which was complicated for older unfit guests. There was an easier drop off area with only a slight uphill walk which would have made transporting luggage much easier had they informed us. And once we arrived we discovered we had to go up 4 flights of stairs upon arrival (which was not clear in the description) - after that long trek from the car park, it made the arrival/check-in process that much more difficult.

The location was really good.
It didnot have the air conditioning and the mobile one did not work well. I wouldn’t suggest this place in the summer when it gets so hot. It was a historical residence but it should have been cleaned and maintained much better and definitely aired out and cooled down before a guest arrival.
