The staff are 100 out of 10 — extremely pleasant and friendly. I even needed an adapter to charge my phone, and one of the employees went to the store and bought the right adapter for me. I really didn’t expect that.
It was very thoughtful and professional.
The bathroom space is a bit small, but everything else was so good that we didn’t even pay attention to it.

Excelente ubicación, a pasos de la Porta al Prato. Además, su personal es muy amable.
El tamaño del baño (una muestra de la creatividad de un arquitecto) y tener que dejar la llave de la habitación para su aseo. También sería ideal incluir huevos y fruta en el desayuno (aunque es abundante en dulces y jamón).
