Family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids - 4y, 2.5y, 1y).
We found the apartment to be one of the cleanest apartments we have ever stayed in. Everything was neat and tidy. The apartment feels confy and warm. Ioana is charming and friendly. She was understanding with our changing arrival-time and the need to use the fridge before the apartment was ready. We had candies, biscuits and even washing machine capsules which was a wonderful surprise and an absolute clear message that Ioanna is going all-in to make our stay a wonderful experience.
The only detail that brought us some disconfort were the stairs to the upper floor. They are made out of metal and they made a lot of noise when climbing. Having to use the bathroom downstairs in the middle of the night basically woke up everyone. Their were also unable to be closed/locked in position sometimes. But we made peace with it though, being an aspect of the apartment not easily changeable to something else like a wall-mounted wooden stair.
Another small detail was the lack of a thin pan for omlet or pancakes. We spoke with Ioana and she explained that she had troubles in the apartament with some guests and decided not to offer one anymore. Understandably, we also made peace with it, although it would have been a plus to be able to make an omlet in the morning or some pancakes for the kids.
We also had a nice, somewhat nosy, neighbour. At first, we've seen how she "found" something to do on the balcony just to see what we're doing on our balcony but in the end, she gifted us grapes (twice!) and even a pair of almost unused shoes for one of the kids which was wonderful.
The position related to the beaches felt ok. There is also a super-market very close with decent prices. All in all, one of the nicest stays we've had in a vacation and we'd like to come back!
Few small aspects mentioned above but we wouldn't put it in the negative side.

Man hatte eine super Ausstattung. Alles war vorhanden. Jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage und der Balkon ist schön groß und gemütlich.

Very good apartment! Very cozy and clean. It have everything you need to cook and bake. The location is also on a good place and its very quiet.
