A magical place to stay. The hostess Yoyo a beautiful, kind and attentive lady, provided assistance for places to visit around the area. The apartment is gorgeous, super clean, super comfortable with all the amenities. Perfect location literally on the beach. We had a sea view apartment and you could open your curtains in the morning and enjoy the sea. We had our coffee and wine on the balcony. We stayed with our 18 year old daughter and it was super comfortable for all 3 adults.Nice quiet location (but we visited in early March).We had long walks on the beach collecting sea shells. We just loved everything there. There is street parking right in front of the house. Just visit this lady. You won't regret it. Thank you.

Super clean and comfortable. There is 1 bedroom, a living room with comfortable sofas and a fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom is not small and the equipment is new and luxurious. The guest is helpful and can answer to all your questions about good places to eat in Nea Peramos. The guest didn't bother us at all throughout the whole vacation, which is a big plus for us. We stayed with a small baby which was crying a lot especially the first night, but noone made a complain about it. I forgot: The beach is 1.5 minutes from the house and there is a very good place on the beach with delicious frapes and all sorts of drinks and meals. Highly recommend this place! Unfortunately I didn't make photos of rooms, because we felt like home and who makes pictures of their home?

The location is top, the property was clean and had everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the room temperature was cooler than outside, which will be great for the top season. The host was very friendly.
I got confused that it will have a terrace with a sea view, but it is on the other apartment. So look carefully at the pictures and the description. 😂

The flat is in front of the beach, close to the center, big enough for a whole family, very clean and there is everything you need.
