Rooms and service was amazing, though it’s a basic/decent apartment.
The neighbourhood is a bit strange, but it turned out safe for us the entire 3 day stay.
A bit uncomfortable entry into the building, parties in the building and smell of food preparation could be too much for someone. However, this depends on your expectations.
I’m a bit sensitive, but the rest of the family did not mind.

• The apartment was clean upon arrival.
• Beds and pillows were comfortable, and the sheets were clean.
• Spacious and pleasant terrace.
• The fridge worked fine (although it had stains on the outside).
• Air conditioner do not blow directly into the bedroom, making it more comfortable to sleep with them on.
• There is a parking spot available.
• No one came to clean or change the sheets during the entire stay.
• The kitchen sink occasionally smelled like sewage, and after a few uses the drain clogged, even though it was only used for soap and water when washing dishes.
• Checkout is at 10:00, which is a bit early
• Neighbors living downstairs (seemed like not guests) were noisy and a large garbage bag sat in the entrance area for a whole week without being removed - it was just not a pleasant view to pass by every day.
• The neighborhood felt dark and somewhat unsafe at night; the entrance to the property is poorly lit and unpleasant to pass through.
• The location on Booking is not completely accurate – the property is shown closer to Nemeas street, but the actual location is a bit further inside, around coordinates (40.8348082, 24.3040504). The difference is small, but misleading when you first try to find it.

The apartment is spacious, it has everything you need, a big terrace, too. Close to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. Supermarkets and tavernas are in a walking distance. The host is very friendly and helpful. Very suitable for families with children. Nea Peramos has a great beach street for jogging.
The shower place was very tiny, with a shower curtain that falls easily.
The water tap in the kitchen has only cold water, which is not pleasant for dishwashing (there is no dishwasher; the kitchen is well equipped).
There is a little swamp next to the building with cute turtles in it, but occasionally (according to wind direction) you can smell it slightly when sitting on the terrace.
There are also 2 construction sites next to the building, that is not pleasant to hear and watch in a vacation, but most probably they won't be active during the summer season (we stayed there for Easter).

Price ia low, beds are comfortable, beach is near and fine.
Not necessarily bad, but really, really a compromise. The location is ok, near to a very nice beach, but.... Next to a swamp. The frogs are so loud, that it is almost impossible to sleep at night. The apartment itself needs a renovation. The bathroom is terrible. The building a disaster . Also not great that the owner wanted us to send him the deposit with western union with the commission on our site.
