Very close to the beach, spacious, fully equipped kitchen, great private garden, and everything you need for the perfect holiday at hand. The owner is an amazing person, very helpful, available for any question or recommendation, making you feel like you are at home!

Elena is an excellent host. The apartment is equipped with literally all possible appliances, spacious, with a terrace and a yard. wifi perfect. 20m from the beach. excellent.

It was already written by other visitors but still: the location is very good - near the beach, the city center, a big supermarket, many good restaurants and a bakery. The apartment was very clean, spacious, chilled (even without using AC) and furnished with style. We had everything that we needed there. It has а nice balcony and а wonderful garden! The sofa was very comfortable for the kids. The Wi-Fi was excellent.
The host was kind and responsive. The communication with her was very easy, she also gave us some useful recommendations for good restaurants in the city. If we visit Nea Peramos again, we will definitely try to book the same apartment.
I highly recommend this place!
