Linen and towels free on request. Cleaning euro45.. Hob and microwave, no oven. Lovely apartment in ideal spot. Two doubles one with bunk beds and plenty of room for 6 people. Intra Muros is charming, the only place to stay in St Malo. No parking or cars, car parks outside. .Narrow cobbled streets, small hotels, boutiques, lots of cafe/bars and restaurants, office de tourisme close by.. .

L'appartement est conforme au descriptif mais situé dans un secteur assez bruyant près de l'entrée principale de l'Intra-Muros. Par temps chaud si l'on doit laisser une fente aux fenêtres on est très exposés aux bruits nocturnes (animations, cris des fêtards) et à la circulation des véhicules de livraison tôt le matin. Les couettes des lits étant assez épaisses et chaudes nous avons souffert de cette situation.
À part ce bémol et une panne du petit ascenseur réglée somme toute rapidement, nous avons bien profité de l'appartement qui est assez spacieux et bien fenestré et qui dispose de tous les accessoires de base pour un séjour autonome. Le propriétaire s'est aussi montré très disponible et compréhensif concernant les horaires de prise de possession et de remise du logement.
