We quite liked this property. It is in a quiet neighbourhood just off the main road into Dinard. A good location for visiting St Malo and Cancale. The house remained cool in the days where the temperature exceeded 30c. All the facilities worked, dishwasher, cooker and washing machine. The only failing was the lack of Wi Fi. Although advertised there is no router in the house. The only wi fi was a hot spot which we were unable to log onto. This meant we were forced to buy extra data from our mobile phone provider. We had to leave three days early to attend an event in Normandy, but this was not because of the house.

Très calme, mais environnement pas très sympa, au ras d'une zone commerciale.
Plage à 20mn à pied, mais on ne peut s'y baigner qu'à marée haute (port, vase à marée basse)
La maison nécessiterait un peu plus d'entretien (fuite sous évier, chaises cassées, prise défectueuse dans la salle de bain, porte de placard cuisine branlante, vaisselle pas toujours très nette...)
