Intra-Muros, T3, 100 m from the beach, elevator, chq vacances

We stayed in the appartment for 2 weeks and had a great time! Everything we needed was there and it was located right in the heart of Intra Muros. Would definitely recommend!

Very well situated, spacious apartment in the hart of the Intra-Muros of St Malo with parking just around the corner and a very nice owner. The photos of the interior on the site DO N0T correspond with the apartment that I rented though!! I did not have the same views as I saw on the photos, but the style is comparable. Further, the noise isolation of the apartment is not so great, which is logical for an old building like it is. However, I was woken-up every day at around 7 am during the weekdays because of a lot of noise from the neighbours. Other than that it was really perfect and I had a super time there.

This apartment in in the heart of the city. You really can’t get a better location. The apartment was lovely. Spacious and comfortable. A little view from the window of the ocean, if you are looking for it, but is just as easy to walk a few blocks and you have a magnificent beach area. We would defiantly stay again. Easy access from the street with an elevator. It made getting our luggage up to the 3rd floor a breeze. Loved the town. We were there in the winter, but can only imagine how amazing it is in the summer months. Cons: It does not have much furnished. We had to pay for linens for everyone. Sheets were good, towels were like sandpaper rags. We had to go out and buy garbage bags because there were none. A few amenities like garbage bags would have been nice to have, esp. when you are only staying a couple nights. Parking is hard to find and you must pay for street parking which was expensive. We were told to find street parking, so I am not sure of any alternatives.
